Have you been missing the gym? Are you eager on competing against other athletes? On the 24th of October the first Dutch fitness competition HYROX will take place in Amsterdam! The World Series of Fitness is a global fitness race for everybody. Nightwatch is partenering up with them, in order to provide you with focus and power.Â
Hyrox is the perfect event to show the world what you are capable of. It doesn't matter whether you're a teamplayer, runner, thriathlete or fitness guru: this is the global game for you. In different work outs you can show your strength, stamina, focus and power. Your competence will be measured by a timing chip as well as splits by workouts and by kilometer, with comparable results through Hyrox' Global Rankings across all their events in the world. At the end of the season, the highest ranked athletes from the different events, will compete against another.Â
Nightwatch is one of the main sponsors of the event. We find it important to work with ahtletes in order to provide them with our long lasting and extreme energy. In the fitness world, there's no time for energy dips. Our guayusa ingredient will make sure you run the fastest lap and push the biggest sled.Â

Last but not least, the Wall Balls. After your final 1km of running, the contest will finish by doing 75 or 100 Wall Balls, depending on your level.Â
You're almost there!!! Are you still focussed? The Sandbag Lunges are for the real athletes. 100 metres of them will distinguish the winners from the losers.Â
Another 1km of running and then on to the Farmers Carry where you carry heavy weights for 200m.Â
After another kilometre of running, the 1000 metres of rowing start. Are you still keeping up?
The Sled Pull will be followed by another 1km run and the Burpee Broad Jumps of 80 metres that will really test your stamina.Â
Between the Sled Push and the Sled Pull, there's another 1 km run. After that, you will have to pull the Sled for 50 metres as well.Â
In between every work outs, there will be a 1 km run. So after the SkiERg, you will run 1 km and then push the sled for 100 meters.Â
The competetion starts with a 1 km run. After that, you will do a 1000 m on the SkiErg. The ergometer measures you're upper arm strength and power.Â
