The Ishpingo-foundation is proud owner of a farm in the Talag since 2010.
The farm is used to teach the local people how to protect and to maintain the Amazone forest by learning the people how to reforest. The farm features 6 hectares of farmland and 5 hectares of forest. Besides that, the farm offers more facilities like a common room, a storage, cabins and lots of greenhouses.
Every year 1500 trees where planted on a surface similar to 1 hectare.you can find more than 50 different kind of woodspecies and 70 different species of fruit trees at the farm.
